Legal basis of EU General Data Protection Regulation:

The purpose of collecting information via Google Analytics is to get to know how people use the website www.stevedoring.fi. The data is not used for profiling.

The information stored in the register is browsing and usage data of the online service (for example, the user’s access, browser and device information, cookie information, duration of the session, geographical location). Personal data is not stored.

The stored data is stored by using Google Analytics.

Personal data are not disclosed to persons outside Hangö Stevedoring and they are not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

8. Principles of registry protection 

The data we gather is protected by technical protection methods in normal use. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately protected. The controller ensures that the stored data, server access rights and other critical things regarding security of data are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.
