The entire share capital of Hangö Stevedoring was transferred to Euroports Finland on 31.3.2022. The acquisition strengthens Euroports Finland’s strategic position in Finland and in the Baltic region.

Petteri Sammalisto, former Managing Director of Hangö Stevedoring, has joined Euroports Finland as Commercial Director. He is in charge of increasing sales and developing new customer solutions and innovations to meet annual targets. Petteri reports to Sari De Meulder, the Managing Director of both Euroports Finland and Hangö Stevedoring. He will also have the role as Chairman of the Board of Oy Hangö Stevedoring Ab.
