  1. Purpose of the processing of personal data and legal basis for the processing

Legal basis of EU General Data Protection Regulation is to receive and handle job applications.

  1. Contents if the register

The information stored in the register is: Name, contact information, date of birth, driving license, education, language skills, work experience, interest and skills related to the workplace. The information is stored in a shared email folder for one year, after which it is deleted automatically.

  1. Regular sources of data

The stored data is written by the person who register.

  1. Regular disclosures of data and transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA.

The data will not be disclosed to other parties.

  1. Principles of registry protection

The data we gather is properly protected by technical protection methods in normal use. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately protected. The controller ensures that the stored data, server access rights and other critical things regarding security of data are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.

  1. Rights of inspection and rights to request corrections of information

Each person in the register has the right to check their data stored in the register and to demand that any incorrect information shall be corrected or incomplete information shall be completed. If a person wishes to check or request rectification of the data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will reply to the customer within the time limit set in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).

  1. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request that all personal data concerning him or her shall be deleted from the register (the “right to be forgotten”). The person has also other rights under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will reply to the customer within the time limit set in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
